The Department of the Air Force is issuing this Request for Whitepapers to establish an Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) under 10 U.S.C. § 4022. The purpose of this project is to develop and demonstrate a centralized, agile, and highly responsive Business Process Prototype to support the 704th Test Group (704 TG). See attachments for further information.
