This RFI is being issued to determine whether or not there are qualified sources that will be able to meet the requirements of this upcoming solicitation. The solicitation will be for Residential Reentry Center (RRC) services for male and female offenders held under the authority of various United States statutes located in the Omaha, Nebraska/Council Bluffs area Iowa (Douglas, Sarpy, Cass, Washington, Dodge (Nebraska) and Mills, Shelby, Harrison, Pottawattamie (Iowa) counties). The requirement will be for approximately one hundred (100) beds (85 male beds and 15 female beds) for the two-year Base Period and for each of the three one year Options, if awarded. The anticipated period of performance is March 1, 2012 through February 28, 2017 if all option periods are exercised.
