RFB -2026 OR NEWER COMPACT 2WD SUV

The Cherokee Nation Office of the Marshal Service is soliciting bids for the procurement of one 2026 or newer compact 2WD SUV. The vehicle must be a four-door configuration with seating for at least five passengers, available in white or black, and equipped with a gasoline or hybrid powertrain. Technical requirements include a combined fuel economy of at least the mid-20s mpg, a manufacturer warranty, and safety features such as a backup camera, stability control, and modern driver-assist capabilities. The vehicle must be delivered, invoiced, and received on or before September 30, 2026. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with a strong preference given to TERO-certified Indian-owned firms. Bidders must utilize the mandatory bid response sheet and submit all documentation, including proof of TERO certification if applicable, by September 17, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. to Pam Jumper. Qualified bidders must certify that they are not currently debarred, suspended, or under investigation for federal or state law violations. Additionally, the procurement adheres to Buy American Recovery Act provisions for manufactured goods and requires that any suppliers used by the successful bidder be paid within ten days of the contractor receiving payment from the Cherokee Nation.
