REQUEST FOR BIDS R:2021-052 RFB FOR EQUIPMENT FINANCING FOR TWO VACUUM TRUCKS DUE JUNE 16, 2021 BY 3:00 PM The City of Del Rio is seeking to obtain bids from qualified and eligible financial institutions to provide financing services for the acquisition of two (2) combination single engine sewer cleaner with positive displacement vacuum system mounted on a Heavy-Duty Freightliner M-2 114SD Truck chassis (will be referred to as vacuum trucks for the remainder of this RFB) under a financing agreement. The City will be accepting sealed bids up until 3:00 PM on June 16, 2021. Bids can be mailed or hand delivered. All bids received after this time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. The Sealed bids must be addressed as follows: City of Del Rio RFB R:2021-052 Request for Bids for Equipment Financing for Two (2) Vacuum Trucks Attention: Mary Acosta, City Secretary 109 West Broadway Del Rio, TX 78840 It is the responsibility of the offeror to ensure their bid is received by the City of Del Rio City Secretary’s Office by the due date and time. Bids received after the deadline shall be considered void and unacceptable.
