RFB-Reconstruction Career Services Building Trades Shop Restroom Area

The Cherokee Nation is soliciting bids to reconstruct the restroom area within the Career Services Building Trades Shop in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, under Procurement #164633, with bids due by June 10, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. The scope of work includes building two new walls with framing, insulation, drywall, mud/tape, and painting to hard lid; installing two hollow metal doors with existing hardware specifications, including push/pull plates meeting Rockwell 70F and 106x70C US32D standards, with no locks permitted; removing and replacing all floor tile and base; and completing a final clean of the project area.
