The Canadian Coast Guard, a Special Operating Agency of the Department of National Defence, in collaboration with Public Services and Procurement Canada, has issued its fourth Request for Information (RFI) regarding the procurement of Mid-Shore Multi-Mission (MSMM) vessels. This RFI aims to update potential MSMM builders, including shipyards and joint venture members, on the proposed procurement strategy and timeline. The provided annexes offer important context about the upcoming Invitation to Qualify requirements, though some elements of the RFI are still under development, and respondents should anticipate possible additions or changes in future solicitations. Interested parties are encouraged to submit responses to questions in Annex C through the SAP Business Network by the closing deadline of June 5, 2026, at 7:00 PM. Additionally, potential respondents seeking one-on-one meetings must request these by March 24, 2026.
