The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) posted a Request for Information (RFI) for HATTERAS, to the classified Intelligence Community Acquisition Research Center (ARC) website at https://acq-ui.ace.proj.nro.ic.gov on 15 May 2026.


Interested parties must have a TS/SCI clearance as this effort is being posted on the classified ARC website. You must also have a classified ARC account, to access the classified ARC website. To obtain a classified ARC account, interested parties must contact the ACE IT Helpdesk which can be reached at (703) 230-6300 or acehelpdesk@westfields.net.
