RFP 003-27 Real Estate and Land Acquisition Services

The Clayton County Board of Education is soliciting proposals from qualified commercial real estate brokers or firms to provide confidential real estate and land acquisition services for Clayton County Public Schools. The selected contractor will be responsible for conducting market analysis, developing property sourcing strategies, and managing the negotiation and acquisition of properties within Clayton County, Georgia. All services must adhere to the highest industry standards and comply with federal, state, and local laws. The contract is structured on a commission basis, though proponents must also provide an hourly fee schedule for work performed outside the primary scope of services.
