The operational scope includes managing six entry lanes and a shared exit plaza, as well as handling the increased traffic volume during the peak season from November through April, which necessitates the use of temporary seasonal staff. This solicitation, identified as RFP 07-26, is managed by the City of Palm Springs Procurement Department and requires responses by September 17, 2026.
