EAP Services:A. Centralized intake screening.B. Local in-person, virtual, and/or telephonic assessment, referral, counseling and treatment services for at minimum of eight (8) and up to ten (10) sessions per issue, per employee/family member, per year. If the participant's presenting problem is determined not to be resolvable within the contractually agreed upon sessions, the Contractor must refer the participant to an appropriate provider based on the participant’s needs for the provision of alternative services after assessment. Counseling and/or referral services must be compatible with the needs of employees and consistent with the coverage provided by the County’s benefit plan carriers (medical, prescription, dental, wellness, disability, etc.) to develop a provider (Carrier) integration strategy (cross referral scripts).
