RFP-26-48 BPR Tennis and Pickleball Provider

The City of Bentonville is soliciting proposals under RFP-26-48 for a qualified firm to provide comprehensive management, operations, and programming services for the Citizens Park Tennis Complex, Creekside Pickleball Complex, and other current or future public facilities. The selected provider will be responsible for facility oversight, staffing, and the delivery of year-round recreational programming for youth and adults, including the coordination of leagues, camps, tournaments, and special events. The project aims to enhance community engagement and accessibility while ensuring compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Civil Rights Laws, and existing agreements with the Bentonville High School tennis program. The contract is for an initial one-year term, with the possibility of annual renewals for a maximum of three years.
