RFP Condition Assessment for BDE Powerhouse No 2 Roof

Newfoundland Labrador Hydro has issued Request for Proposals 109798 SY for a condition assessment of the Bay d’Espoir Powerhouse No. 2 roof. The objective is to evaluate the current state of the roofing system, identify deficiencies, estimate the remaining service life, and develop Class 5 cost estimates for refurbishment or full replacement options.
