The Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA) has issued this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for the purpose of inviting proposals from qualified consultants to undertake the services described in Appendix ‘A’ to this RFP (the “Services”) with respect to the Cedar and Spruce Linac Replacement and Vault and Control Room Renovation (the “Project”).More information about the Project and the Services is set out in Appendix ‘A’.Only architectural firms that have been prequalified by the Authority for Acute Care Projects > $150K are eligible to respond to this RFP.
