The Hastings Area School System is seeking a certified security integration vendor to supply, install, configure, and license hardware for a video surveillance server infrastructure replacement in Hastings, Michigan. The project involves replacing existing on-premise servers to support 278 camera channels with a requirement for 30-plus day retention. The scope of work includes the delivery and rack mounting of two Avigilon Alta Cloud Connector servers (Model: APP-3100-160-SFP), full migration of video channels from legacy servers, integration into the District Active Directory, and the provision of enterprise licensing with both 5-year and 10-year options. To be eligible, vendors must be official Avigilon / Motorola Solutions Certified Partners and comply with state prevailing wage rates for Barry County.
