NOTICE OF PROPOSAL CITY OF PASSAIC SELF-INSURANCE FUND COMMISSION MANAGED CARE FOR WORKER’S COMPENSATION CLAIMS Sealed Proposals will be received on Thursday, September 18, 2025, @ 11:00 A.M. prevailing time in the Division of Purchasing, 2nd Floor, Room 207, 330 Passaic Street, Passaic, New Jersey and then publicly opened and read aloud for the following: MANAGED CARE FOR WORKER’S COMPENSATION CLAIMS Copies of the RFP are available for download from the City of Passaic www.cityofpassaic.com Each proposal must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, bearing the name and address of the bidder, and must be addressed and delivered to the City of Passaic SelfInsurance Fund Commission, Division of Purchasing, Attn: Doris Dudek, Director of Purchasing: bearing the name and address of the bidder written on the face of the envelope.
