RFP No 2026010 Arc Flash and Flame Resistant (FR) Clothing Program

The Northern Wasco County People's Utility District is soliciting proposals for a comprehensive Arc Flash and Flame-Resistant (FR) clothing program to protect employees from flame and electric arc hazards. The contract requires the contractor to adhere to prevailing wage rates in The Dalles, Oregon, and maintain specific insurance coverages, including workers' compensation with Employers' Liability Insurance of at least $500,000 per accident. Payments will be made on a no-to-exceed basis through individual purchase orders, with invoices submitted monthly via email. The contractor must ensure all garments are delivered to the District's designated location and resolve any order discrepancies or shipment issues within two business days.
