Contractor agrees to provide to the State of California, Department of Water Resources (DWR) Digital Output and Finishing Services as described herein. The Contractor will furnish all labor, materials, equipment and facilities to provide digital output and finishing services for DWR, as required in accordance with the specifications delineated in the Scope of Work and pursuant to work assignments by DWR. These services are necessary to create visual presentation materials that increase the effectiveness of the Department¿s water education goals, and to meet the needs of the Governor¿s Office, Natural Resources Agency, and our interagency clients.
