NEW HANOVER COUNTYREQUEST FOR PROPOSALSPUBLIC SAFETY SOFTWARE PROJECT Under G.S. 143-129.8, proposals will be received by Lena Butler, Purchasing Supervisor, RFP- PUBLIC SAFETY SOFTWARE PROJECT until 5:00 PM EST. on Friday, October 4, 2024. Please place RFP- PUBLIC SAFETY SOFTWARE PROJECT in the subject line of your email submittal. Instructions for submitting Proposals and complete requirements and information may be obtained by visiting the County's website at https://www.nhcgov.com/bids.aspx. This solicitation and any resultant contract seek proposals from qualified vendors to provide support services and training related to the implementation and ongoing use of a public safety software program. Currently, funding for this project has not been approved. A decision on funding the project is anticipated no earlier than June 30, 2025. If funding is approved, the County will be able to execute the contract with the selected vendor within a reasonable timeframe, but no earlier than July 1, 2025.
