The selected Design-Build firm will have the responsibility to provide the City of Del Rio with all design and construction services necessary to complete the project. The selected firm will need to provide a signed and sealed set of construction documents and as-built drawings at the conclusion of the project. The City will be accepting sealed proposals up until 2:00 PM CST on January 22, 2024. Sealed proposals can be mailed, or hand delivered. All proposals received after this time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. Electronic submittals are not available.
