The California State Lottery (Lottery) is inviting proposals from qualified certified public accountant (CPA) firms interested in providing auditing and related services to the Lottery. The purpose of this RFP is to select a single audit contractor to conduct annual audit-related services for the Lottery pursuant to Government Code §8880.46.5. The agreement resulting from this RFP will be for a period of three (3) years, with the option to extend for up to two (2) additional one-year periods under the same terms, conditions, and pricing at the sole discretion of the Lottery.
