A copy of the Request for Proposal(RFP) may be obtained by contacting the Chief Financial Officer, DeniseLeBlanc, via denise.leblanc@stctr.org. In accepting proposals, The Center reserves theright to reject any and all proposals, to waive formalities and reasonableirregularities in submitted documents, and to waive any requirements in orderto take the action, which it deems to be in the best interest of the Center andis not obligated to accept the lowest cost proposal. The Center will not payfor any costs incurred by respondents in the preparation and/or submission of aproposal. Furthermore, the RFP does notobligate the Center to accept or contract for any expressed or impliedservices.
