RFP - Suicide Prevention

The Chickasaw Nation, through the Department of Family Services Integrated Services Division, is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or organizations to coordinate, administer, and deliver approved evidence-based suicide prevention training programs. This as-needed contract, which runs through April 2027, has a total value not to exceed 36,000 dollars. The selected contractor will be responsible for the full lifecycle of training events, including planning, logistics, scheduling, and the delivery of training in either virtual or in-person formats. Key deliverables include the provision of certified instructors and equipment, the issuance of completion certificates, and the submission of post-training reports within ten business days of each event. Proposals are evaluated on a 100-point scale, with equal weight given to organizational experience, instructor qualifications, training methodology, and administrative capacity, while cultural responsiveness to tribal communities and the cost proposal each account for 10 points. Applicants must be authorized training organizations or certified instructors for their proposed curricula and maintain these certifications throughout the contract term. The agreement includes strict adherence to various federal regulations, including the Americans with Disabilities Act, Title VI and IX, and the Age Discrimination Act. Payment terms are set at 2/10 Net 45, and contractors must maintain general liability and professional insurance, naming the Chickasaw Nation as a loss payee. All proposals must be submitted electronically by November 17, 2026.
