The Vancouver School Board is seeking a qualified and experienced Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) provider who goes beyond a standard counselling referral service. The successful proponent will deliver high-quality, trauma-informed, and identity-affirming care across multiple channels, provide timely and responsive support, and work collaboratively with VSB leadership to foster a culture of psychological safety and well-being across all sites. Proposals should also outline how continuity of care will be maintained, including seamless transitions to longer-term services where appropriate, without disruption to the employee’s care.
