RFP804 - WordPress and Website Support

The Atlanta Regional Commission is soliciting proposals for on-call WordPress development and digital platform support services to maintain and evolve its ecosystem of websites and web-based tools. The selected consultant will provide as-needed support, including custom theme and plugin development, site redesigns, technical debt remediation, and the use of page builders such as Divi, Elementor, and Beaver Builder. A critical requirement of the contract is strict adherence to WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards, with readiness for WCAG 2.2. The engagement is structured for an initial one-year term with the option to renew annually for two additional years, with an intended award date by January 2027.
