This contract solicitation, designated as RFQ 5299 for inventory parts, is issued by the Ohio Inventory office located in Cincinnati. It requires suppliers to submit bids exclusively through the E-procurement portal, with non-electronic submissions considered non-responsive. Suppliers must use the portal’s pricing table format, include freight charges within their quoted prices, and clearly state the lead time in days in the notes column for fulfilling the entire order quantity. Even if items are described as "stock," a lead time in days is mandatory for fair bid evaluation. If quoting parts that are not the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or do not match the requested part number, suppliers must specify this clearly in the lead time notes using a particular format and reference the alternative part number. Any core fees should also be disclosed in the notes field, and if a supplier does not carry a requested part, they must indicate "no bid." Bids are due by 4:00 PM on February 5, 2026, and questions or issues must be directed to the primary contact, David Drummonds, the Supply Chain Coordinator, via the provided email or phone. This solicitation emphasizes strict adherence to submission protocols to ensure consideration and is open to various supplier types without specified set-asides. The place of performance is within Ohio, with the solicitation supporting streamlined inventory procurement by facilitating transparent, structured bidding processes through the online portal.

RFQ Bid Form Instructions BIDS NOT SUBMITTED THROUGH E-PROCUREMENT PORTAL WILL BE CONSIDERED NON-RESPONSIVE PLEASE CONTACT THE BUYER DIRECTLY WITH ANY QUESTIONS OR PROBLEMS WITH A BID • All suppliers shall utilize the pricing table within the E-procurement portal. Bids received in other formats may be considered non-responsive. • Items of Importance: All quotes must have the freight included in the price. Lead time: L/T must be noted in the NOTES column in the bid table. This is the lead-time required to fulfill the entire delivered qty on the RFQ. Lead-time should be in days only and reflect the number of days required to fulfill the entire delivered qty on the RFQ. "Stock" quotes are subjective and will still require a L/T in days for us to fairly evaluate bids. If the part is not OEM or the specific part # requested, please put the following format in the lead time notes with the specific part # you are quoting. (RM#######) Enter any Core fee in the NOTES field located in the pricing table If you do not carry a part, please select "no bid."
