This solicitation, RFQ 5368, issued by the Ohio Inventory agency, seeks bids for inventory parts with a submission deadline of May 18, 2026. Suppliers are required to submit their bids exclusively through the specified e-procurement portal to be considered responsive. Bids submitted via other means will be rejected. Vendors must use the portal’s pricing table format, including freight costs within their quoted prices. Lead time is a critical factor and must be clearly indicated in days in the notes section of the bid table, reflecting the time needed to deliver the entire quantity requested. Even stock availability quotes are required to specify lead time to ensure equitable evaluation. Additionally, if bidders are quoting non-OEM parts or parts that differ from the specified part numbers, they must indicate this and provide the alternative part number in the lead time notes. Any core fees should also be noted in the pricing table, and if a supplier cannot provide a part, they must select the "no bid" option. The point of contact for this solicitation is David Drummonds, Supply Chain Coordinator, who can be reached via email or phone for any questions or issues regarding the bid submission. The solicitation is handled through a SLED organization located in Cincinnati, Ohio, with all performance expected within Ohio. Vendors are encouraged to comply strictly with these submission and documentation requirements to ensure their bids are evaluated.
