The work to be performed by the CONSULTANT consists of preparing civil, geotechnical and environmental engineering design and permitting for repair of the Cowlitz River Levee at approximate station 11+90.  The proposed project includes developing two alternatives to repair the levee and work with US. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) to approve the alternate selected followed by design and permitting of the selected alternative.  The District will provide the topographic survey.    Construction is currently planned for Summer of 2027 with advertisement spring of 2027.The District reserves the right to retain the services of the successful firm(s) for any subsequent phases associated with this project.
