RFQ: Multiple Award IDIQ for Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) to Naval Station Guantanamo Bay (NSGB)

The U.S. Navy, through NAVFAC Engineering Systems Command Southeast, is soliciting proposals under solicitation number N69450-26-Q-PW13 for a multiple-award, firm-fixed-price indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract to supply liquefied natural gas (LNG) to Naval Station Guantanamo Bay for use in its combined cycle power plant. Proposals must be submitted in three volumes through the PIEE portal by May 15, 2026, with technical documentation limited to 15 pages, and all submissions must be in English and priced in U.S. dollars.
