RFQt Weapon Range Targets and Supplies

The City of Fort Worth is soliciting bids under RFQt 26-0016 for the procurement of weapon range targets and supplies for the Police Department on an as-needed basis. The scope of work includes the delivery of various standardized shooting targets, such as human silhouettes, situational photo targets, bullseyes, and dual-sided designs, constructed from high-quality durable paper or 200 lb. test corrugated cardboard. Specific targets must adhere to industry standards, including IPSC, USPSA, and IDPA. Bidders may propose brand name or equal products, provided they submit the manufacturer name, model number, and supporting product literature with photos for evaluation. The contract will be awarded based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis to a responsive and responsible bidder. Successful vendors must deliver items to 505 W. Felix, Fort Worth, TX, within 30 days of receiving a purchase order. All goods are subject to physical inspection at the destination prior to acceptance and must carry a minimum one-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This procurement is subject to the City of Fort Worth Small Business Program under Ordinance No. 27832-08-2025. Invoicing must be submitted electronically, and vendors are required to register for direct deposit through the City's Finance Portal.
