PWGSC, on behalf of DEPARTMENT OF NATIONAL DEFENCE, is issuing this REQUEST FOR STANDING OFFER (RFSO) for the acquisition of one or 2 installations for TRAINING SERVICES in shooting and driving on an ‘if and when requested’ BASIS, at an advanced tactical level to develop and maintain its unique skill sets, as detailed in Annex - Statement of Work.
