Public Services and Procurement Canada on behalf of the Department of National Defence, Real Property Operations Unit (Atlantic) in Halifax, Nova Scotia has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the furnishing of all labour, material, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision required for the provision of heavy equipment rental complete with the operators for the various areas of Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Halifax, as specified This RISO will be from date of award for the initial period of one (1) year, with four (4) 1-year optional periods. Security requirement (Reliability) Immediately upon award the Contractor must apply for a Visit Clearance Request (VCR) for each employee in order to access DND property. Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. Reference the solicitation for further details.
