W6862-220125 Heavy Equipment with Operator Standing Offer

Work Description: The work comprises of supplying all labour, materials, equipment and supervision required for the provision of “Heavy Equipment” and competent operators on an “as and when required basis” to perform various tasks at Canadian Forces Base, Lazo, BC, Seal Base Armouries, and HMCS Quadra. Period of the Standing Offer: This Standing Offer shall be for a fixed 3 year period commencing from the start date listed on the Standing Offer. The Offeror grants to Canada two (2) irrevocable options to extend the term of the Standing Offer each for an ADDITIONAL CONSECUTIVE TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIOD, under the same terms and conditions as contained in the Standing Offer. THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS A SECURITY REQUIREMENT: The Contractor/Offeror must, at all times during the performance of the Contract/Standing Offer, hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). The Contractor/Offeror personnel requiring access to sensitive site(s) must EACH hold a valid RELIABILITY STATUS, granted or approved by the CSP, PWGSC. Estimated Value: It is anticipated that one (1) standing offer will be issued. The total expenditure of the standing offer for the three (3) year period is $500,000.00 (GST/HST included).
