Full Description
A. A firm supply of renewable natural gas (RNG) to be delivered to Pierce Transit at the point at which Puget Sound Energy (PSE) receives natural gas from Northwest Pipeline for distribution to Pierce Transit’s compressed natural gas (CNG) fueling facility in Lakewood, Washington (if a bidder is unable to physically deliver RNG to Pierce Transit at that location, Pierce Transit will consider a “virtual” – i.e., RNG injected into a common carrier pipeline system and delivered to Pierce Transit through an exchange rather than through direct transportation) – supply of RNG); or
B. A firm supply of natural gas to be delivered to Pierce Transit at that same location (to account for the possibility of one or more bidders proposing to provide a virtual supply of RNG).
