This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Robinson 44 Flight Support. TPS Qualitative Evaluation (TPS/QE) requires a rotorcraft-type aircraft to conduct QE flights for TPS students as required per the TPS Master Curricula. Flight operations are to be conducted at Edwards AFB, CA. Contract to be awarded under Firm Fixed Price (FFP) terms.
Please see the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for more details.
(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in RFO Subpart 12.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a commerical acquisition with a small business set-aside.

This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).

It is the government’s intent to award without discussions. Therefore, each initial quote should contain the offeror’s best terms from a price and technical standpoint.
