Roof Maintenance Program 2026

The City of Columbus, through its Department of Finance and Management, is soliciting proposals for the Roof Maintenance Program 2026 to maintain over 100 city buildings. The program aims to ensure the structural integrity and longevity of various roofing systems, including Bituminous, shingled, metal, EPDM, TPO, and PVC. The selected contractor must be certified to work on Soprema and Garland roofs and will be responsible for performing annual inspections, preventive maintenance such as clearing debris from drains, and coordinating extensive repairs with the City.
