There will be no public bid opening, but bids will be promptly released on PennBid. All Bid Documents and solicitation details are available at no cost at PennBid at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/ Please note that the awarded bidder is responsible for a fee to PennBid. Bid documents are on file for review at the York Housing Authority, 31 S. Broad St., York, PA, in addi-tion to Penn Bid but all bids must be submitted via Penn Bid. A pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, February 6, 2024 at the jobsite. Meet at the Parkway Management Office, 140 Willis Lane, York, PA 17404 During the bidding period, please submit all questions and substitution requests via the Messages tab on PennBid.
