NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for Rotary Wing Underwater Egress Training (RWUET) to include the Aqualung LV2 model Emergency Breathing Systems (EBS). The proposed training must be in accordance with Annex A - Statement of Work. The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
