Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) Rotary-Wing (RW) Engineering Test Pilots (ETPs) need regular access to a helicopter in order to maintain sufficient flying skills to safely perform their flight test duties. The objective of the Single-Engine Helicopter Currency and Proficiency Program (SEHCPP) is to provide two TCCA RW ETPs with regular access to a single-engine helicopter to support flying currency and proficiency. Under the SEHCPP, the Contractor is responsible to provide the two RW ETPs with Type Rating training on a single-engine helicopter and then support regular flying.
