This notice is strictly for market research and does not constitute a solicitation or an invitation to submit proposals. Interested parties are asked to respond with their capabilities, including business size and any relevant socioeconomic certifications such as HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, or Women-Owned small businesses. Responses must highlight prior experience with similar technical assistance programs and include examples demonstrating performance, customer satisfaction, and contract value. The anticipated contract could cover one base year plus four option years, with performance expected to commence upon contract execution. The government will use the information gathered to inform future acquisition strategies but will not provide feedback on responses received. All feedback must be submitted by the specified deadline via email to the designated point of contact at USDA.
