The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under solicitation number VA786-13-R-0030 for the following cemetery: Bay Pines National Cemetery 10000 Bay Pines Blvd, North Bay Pines, FL 33744 PH: +1 (555) 000-0000 This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The NAICS Code is 812220, Size Standard is $19.0 Million. The Contractor gaining award shall provide all labor, equipment, material and transportation necessary to excavate 4' X 8' gravesite to a depth of 5' or 7' per direction from the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) or his/her alternate. Contractor shall install grave liner provided by COR at the time of gravesite opening. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract for the base period of Date of Contract Award through September 30, 2013 with four (4) one year options to extend the term of the contract, if exercised.
