The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under solicitation number VA786-15-R-0069 for the following service: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material, and supplies necessary to raise, realign with and without permanent helical anchoring support system, clean headstones and turf renovation with sod at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery located in St Louis, MO 61325 with a period of performance of 365 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, drawings, terms and conditions of the contract.
