The Vicenza RCO will issue a modification to contract W912PF-08-C-0030, Guard Services for USAG Vicenza Installations for a six(6) months extension of services under the "Option To Extend Services" clause in accordance with FAR 52.217-8. The contract is a Firm-Fixed-Price and provides Guard Services for the USAG Vicenza Installations. The Period of Performance for contract W912PF-08-C-0030 is Base (01 Sep 08 to 30 Jun 09) plus Option Year One (01 Jul 09 to 30 Jun 10), Option Year Two (01 Jul 10 to 30 Jun 11), and Option Year Three (01 Jul 11 to 30 Jun 12). Extension of services will extend the Period of Performance of Option Year Three to 01 Jul 12 to 31 Dec 12. Initial procurement package prepared by DES on 18 October 2011 did not contain Del Din guards requirements.
