Special Notice Special Notice Page 2 of 2 Special Notice *= Required Field Special Notice Page 1 of 2 NOTICE OF INTENT The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO 16), VISN 16 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, intends to solicit and negotiate a Sole Source, Firm-fixed Priced Contract for Security Guard services at the Travis/Midtown Complex, 4640 Main Street and McGovern facilities at 1418 Preston Street in Houston, TX 77002 with ARBER, INC, 1716 S SAN MARCOS #120, SAN ANTONIO, TX 78207. The Government intends to award this single contract to Arber, Inc for security guard services with the period of performance beginning January 1, 2023 through April 30, 2023. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561612, Security Guards and Patrol Services and the small business size standard of $25.5 million. No solicitation package is available. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested vendors must send a capability statement, no more than one page in length; to include Company Name, Duns Number, Socioeconomic Category, brief description of your business entities capability to provide these services. All information shall be provided at no cost or obligation to the Government. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
