V129--Patient Assisted Parking ServicesThe Department of Veterans Affairs' VISN 2 Contracting Office in Albany, NY, has issued a Sources Sought Notice for Patient Assisted Parking Services at the Samuel S. Stratton VA Medical Center. This notice is solely for market research purposes and does not constitute a solicitation or promise of contract award. The VA is gathering information from interested contractors, particularly small businesses, to assess capabilities and determine the potential for a set-aside procurement under NAICS code 812930 with a size standard of $47 million. Respondents are required to submit detailed capability statements demonstrating their ability to fully perform the service, provide examples of similar past work, verify socioeconomic status and certifications, and explain their approach to self-performance versus subcontracting in relation to proximity to the Albany site. Detailed information including experience, staffing qualifications, teaming agreements, certifications, and Federal Supply Schedule participation must be included. The Government will use the information received to shape its procurement strategy and possibly develop a solicitation but will not compensate respondents for their submissions. Responses are due by June 22, 2026, and must include a completed certification regarding subcontracting limitations.
