SALEM MARITIME NHP & SAUGUS IRON WORKS NHS - FIRE ALARM/SPRINKLER SYSTEM INSPECTION, TESTING, MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR

The Department of the Interior, National Park Service, is requesting competitive quotes for fire alarm detection and suppression system inspections, maintenance, and repairs. Contractor shall Furnish all labor, travel, testing, testing equipment, installed equipment, materials, and parts to perform regularly scheduled inspections, preventive maintenance, and unscheduled repairs and replacements on Fire Alarm Detection and Suppression systems located at Salem Maritime NHP (including replica ship Friendship of Salem), and Saugus Iron Works NHS. Delivery to 160 Derby St., Salem, MA 01970 and 244 Central St., Saugus, MA 01906. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work, included with the solicitation documents.

An organized site visit has been scheduled for interested offerors, as follows:

Participants will meet in front of Custom House, 178 Derby St., Salem, MA 01970. Site visit will be approximately 1.5 hours at Salem, then participants will have the option to drive to drive to Saugus and spend approximately 1 hour there. The drive from Salem site to Saugus site is approximately a 30-minute drive.
