Scope: The City of Santa Ana (City) is seeking high-quality, destination-oriented tenants (Proposer) capable of transforming the Santa Ana Regional Transportation Center (SARTC) into an active, visitor-serving environment that attracts both daily commuters and regional guests.
Notes: All required sections and forms must be completed and submitted via PlanetBids in order for the bid / proposal to be considered responsive.
The City will only consider bids / proposals that have been transmitted successfully and have been issued an e-bid confirmation number with a time stamp from the Bid Management System indicating that bid / proposal was submitted successfully.
