SUNY Upstate Medical University has the need for approximately 5,000 sq. ft. of contiguous space to house Upstate University’s Family & Internal Medicine Clinic. Location needs to be in Northern Suburb zip codes of 13088 or 13090. Space must be Class A medical space and able to meet Public Health Law (PHL) Article 28 standards. Space must meet all applicable local building codes, including an Uninterrupted Power System (UPS). Space must be accessible 7 days a week, 365 days a year with overnight hours. Convenient parking, with a minimum of 25 spaces for Upstate staff and patients with easy access for patients required. Parking lots must be surfaced with striping and provide ample lighting. Site/surface maintenance, inclusive of snow removal shall be the sole responsibility of the landlord. Occupancy desired by Q4 of 2027. Lease term would be for a minimum of 5 years.
