Full Description
The work to be performed by the General Contractor consist of but is not limited to the following major items:
-Night Work: Contractor shall perform all construction activities between the hours of 9:00 PM and 5:00 AM. Include all costs associated with night work, traffic control, lighting, labor, and equipment. -Electrical pedestrian lighting, including concrete lighting pole foundations (per manufacturer's specifications), decorative street/parking lighting, wiring, conduits, pull boxes, electrical service components, and all associated electrical infrastructure in accordance with the plans. -Demolition and removal of existing pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalks, driveway apron, landscape features, striping (gridding), signage, utilities, and other improvements as required by the plans. -Mobilization: project management, traffic control, erosion and sedimentation control, and all associated temporary construction measures. -(18-24 Inch)varies Curb & Gutter: Removal and replacement or installation of concrete curb and gutter, including standard and mountable curb sections (steel), as required by the plans. -4-Inch-thick Sidewalk: Removal and replacement or installation of concrete curb and gutter, including standard and mountable curb sections, as required by the plans.
