Scanning Electrochemical Microscope (SECM) System

The contract is for the procurement of a Scanning Electrochemical Microscope (SECM) system under solicitation number 476546, issued by Brookhaven National Laboratory on behalf of the U.S. Department of Energy. The system must deliver integrated SECM, SICM, and SECCM capabilities with nanometer-scale resolution, a current range of ±5 pA to ±100 mA, a potential range of ±10 V, and current noise below 0.1%, along with a Faraday cage, potentiostat, reference electrodes, Pt microdisk electrodes, data acquisition computer, polishing consumables, and shielding cloth. Technical compliance is binary: failure to meet any criterion disqualifies even a lower-priced proposal.
