The City is seeking a qualified Vendor to provide all labour, vehicles, equipment, secure containers and materials required for the Secure On-Site Shredding Services, destruction and recycling of designated corporate records and non-paper media in Thunder Bay, Ontario in accordance with this RFQ.Mandatory Requirements to BidA bid that does not satisfy every mandatory requirement will be rejected as non-compliant.1. PCI DSS compliance: The Bidder shall upload in the Bidding System Step 4 under " PCI DSS compliance" its own valid and current Attestation of Compliance (AOC) for Service Providers, where applicable to the services being provided, confirming compliance with the applicable PCI DSS requirements. The AOC shall identify the services covered by the Bidder's PCI DSS assessment.2. Relevant experience: The Bidder shall demonstrate experience within the past five (5) years providing confidential on-site document destruction services of similar size and scope for at least one municipal, government or comparable institutional clients. In the Bidding System under Step 2 "Relevant Experience" the Bidder shall complete the table to provide the client name, contract term, scope of services, and a reference contact with a phone number.3. Confidentiality agreement: The Bidder shall upload into the Bidding System, under Step 4 "Signed Confidentiality Agreement", the attached City of Thunder Bay Confidentiality Agreement, signed by an authorized representative.4. On-Site Shredding: The Vendor must have purpose-built mobile shredding vehicle(s) capable of securely destroying material at each City of Thunder Bay pickup location. Secure-bin service is required; off-site destruction of unshredded City material is not permitted. Destruction shall use pierce-and-tear or cross-cut technology capable of making the information unreadable and incapable of reconstruction. In the Bidding System under Step 2 "Vehicle Confirmation" complete the table.
